Services
A preliminary consult will take place in person or virtually before any design work is started. During our consult we will discuss the nature of services (i.e. design boards, project management, and/or 3-D renderings), budget, clients visions and ideas for their space, and timeline. Once the consult is completed, a contract and invoice will be sent out for the client to review, sign, and pay before any work has started. Work will begin once these expectations are met. Client will receive their virtual design boards within 2-3 weeks. The client has 1 week from delivery date to complete revisionary notes which includes accepting or declining each item with commentary on declined items for what needs to be changed. Clients will receive their revised designs within 1 week of revision notes completed. Clients are allowed 2 rounds of revisions. If there is additional changes needed after the second round of revisions is completed, then there will be additional costs per item. The client is expected to be prepared and ready to purchase items within 1-2 weeks of final designs delivered. If the client does not follow this timeline, and items become out of stock, Emhaus Designs is not responsible for sourcing new items. Revisions include 5-7 items per revision. Revisions do not include complete style changes, repurposing of a room for different uses not discussed during consult, or a complete redo of the space designed. Emhaus Designs has final say on the finished design look based on what was discussed during the consult and with the help of any inspiration pictures provided by the client to Emhaus Designs. Designs will not be delivered until complete payment has been made. Option to pay in stages is acceptable but must be completed by time of delivery. Refunds are not permissible and if client tries to undo charges then legal action will take place.
